Children are at risk in many areas in the United States and worldwide. Each state involved maintains laws with different levels of protection for children. Various individual states have spent millions of dollars to establish systems that benefit this voiceless segment of society in the margins. The persons most at risk in this situation are the children aged zero to three. There must be attention and funding given to revamp the deliverable systems to the children. To reform the system, to better protect the rights of children, it will not only take political reform, but also a broad social awareness not currently discussed in today's culture. This website serves as an information network to provide assistance with the growing problem of child abuse and neglect in the United States and in other countries. It also serves as a network of communication to find solutions and treatment for the victims of child abuse and neglect.
